The short lovely motion piece is about girls on their periods. Women and girls have been getting their periods for thousands of years – it’s the reason you and I are even here. And yet around the world, the fact remains that many adult men – and women – are still highly uncomfortable talking about periods. And almost half of girls aged 14 to 21 are embarrassed by menstruation, it’s time this changed – period.

The typical day of PMS (premenstrual syndrome)

• boobs don’t feel right

• get mad at all of the people

• too much hurt

• repeat
